Workouts

I'll set your workouts in my App so they're all in one, easy to access place. Get all your exercises, reps, sets and video tutorials to guide you through every session.

Calendar

Juggling workouts and a busy schedule can be difficult. The calendar will organise all your workouts, check-ins, activities and events, which will be scheduled for you by me.

Messaging

The integrated chat function means you can speak to me directly and add comments to your workouts. You know where I am whenever you need me.

Goals

It’s important to stay on top of your progress. My App lets us both easily view and track your goals and progress in one simple place.

INTEGRATIONs

My App integrates with Fitbit, Withings, Apple Health/Watch and MyFitnessPal, enabling you to sync all your health and nutrition data.

MY STORY

I spent my entire childhood above average weight and was so intimidated in a gym environment. I had no plan or idea what I 'should' be doing there. In 2018, I decided that it just 'wasn't for me' so vowed to try yoga as my new year's resolution. That was the perfect gateway to training for me because I could see my progress unfold in front of me. From there I found a love of training for performance and it opened doors to different training disciplines. I chose to train as a personal trainer during the pandemic because I want to help people find whatever version of my story. We were made to move and nobody should be excluded from that!

I want to work with anybody that wants to improve their relationship with their health.

I have been a trainer for about 6 months and my two proudest achievements are setting up my own business and assisting my client (David) not only to lose 15kg but completely overhaul his lifestyle choices. He's now switched to training for performance is well on his way with his Calisthenics journey!

My mission as a coach is to guide my clients to build habits that last a lifetime. Being active should always be born from kindness, not punishment. I'm here to supplement their lifestyles, not detract from them.

This is for you if you want a bespoke plan, tailored to your goals with regular check-ins and accountability and you want to work out in your own time either at the gym or at home.

In these Calisthenics classes, you’ll develop incredible upper body strength and endurance, learn how to control your body in impressive ways, and build core strength that could rival a gymnast.

Hero classes ​​

The focus of these classes is Mobility. Gain the perfect combination of passive flexibility and active mobility training. Work towards impressive skills, nourishing every muscle group involved along the way.
